PRE-CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR

INFINIUM has the need for a full-time Pre-Construction Coordinator that is conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team with the following:

Responsibilities:

Working on the preconstruction side of the business communicating with general contractors, architects, and clients to ask job-specific questions or provide them with knowledge of INFINIUM.

Work closely with all departments of the company, including sales, project management,

engineering, and production.

Review architectural drawing sets for demountable partition scope of work and information.

Perform takeoffs of drawings using Bluebeam and Excel.

Work with INFINIUM certified installers and raw material vendors to obtain up-to-date pricing

Accurately work up estimates based on information gathered from drawings and specifications.

Generate bid packages and proposals to send out to general contractors, architects, and clients.

Manage project information in company databases and software programs.

Qualifications:

Experience (1-3 years) in mechanical engineering, construction management, architecture, or other industry-related field required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Bluebeam, CAD, and Excel experience preferred.

Ability to understand and dissect architectural drawings.

Energetic, organized, and personable.

Hyper-communicative team player with problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Extremely organized and results-oriented.

Skilled in multi-tasking and time management.

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
