Aramark is recruiting for a Bilingual Proposal Coordinator to support the bid proposal and presentation process through the activities of coordination, Subject matter experts (SME) collaboration, writing, content management, assembly, internal reviews. and submission.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for interaction with sales leaders and the external sales support teams for the development, preparation, and remittance of client proposals
Responsible to create and manage content for the successful completion of presentations, client reports and other internal and/or external support materials
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of associated illustrations, graphics, and templates
Support the creation and maintenance of proposal content database / management system
Proof reading and formatting various documents for proposals and marketing purposes
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience related to proposal content development, writing and coordination
Must be Bilingual (written and oral): English and French
Relevant work experience or Degree in communications, translation, design or B2B marketing
Experience in graphic design and formatting of business proposals and communications to clients
Expert project management skills, with the ability to multi-task while still maintaining quality of work and meet deadlines
Ability to think creatively and approach a wide variety of projects from various strategic perspectives.
Skilled at research and the use of content management systems to locate strategic information and options for sellers
Ability to apply judgment and be decisive. Skilled at problem solving
Must be able to handle deadline pressures and multiple assignments and clients
Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office, InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
Portfolio of relevant marketing or sales materials developed by the candidate is required at the interview stage
