Accounts Payable Coordinator

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role will report directly to the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting and be based in Columbus.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will perform the following with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail:

Maintain and enter daily accounts payable transactions

Oversee the weekly vendor payment schedule and check run

Manage vendor relationships

Manage monthly accounts payable reconciliations and accruals

Prepare and execute 1099s at year end

Maintain all digital & paper vendor files

Consistently and closely follow processes and procedures

SKILLS:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

A love for crunching numbers

Exceptionally high attention to detail

Proficiency and accuracy in data entry

Positive interpersonal style & a ton of hustle

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
