The client has had Salesforce.com as a front-end application for several
years. In the growth of their business, they have added services,
particularly to their commercial clients. They have a project to enhance
their call center version which includes customer data and trouble ticket.
This application will be the first thing that the call center agents see on
their screen.
These Developers will support the enhancement of the Salesforce.com
functionality for the commercial end-to-end application while working with
the web services group. They will *customize and modify Salesforce.com
using Adobe Flex development and testing in order to meet the business needs
