Job Title: Sr. Sourcer / Recruiter

Work Location: Remote

Resource's typical working day: This candidate will be sourcing and screening candidates and working with the Recruiting team to fill reqs with qualified candidates. They will spend their days heavily sourcing, candidate phone screens and utilizing Indeed/Linked-In This candidate will be working with high volume, fast paced skillsets such as facilities maintenance, manufacturing, facilities management, admin, call center, and professional services.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 5-year college or university in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience. Minimum of 7 years of full lifecycle staffing and executive-level recruiting required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous recruiting experience in Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering and Project Management strongly preferred.

Familiarity with the Commercial Real Estate industry is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing of passive candidates at the Director-level and above

Systems/Software proficiencies:

Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications.

Top 3 Must have Hard Skills:

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, salaries and commissions. Experience in proactive sourcing of passive candidates at the Director-level and above. Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle staffing and executive-level

Top 3 Must to have Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

Nice to have Skills:

Familiarity with the Commercial Real Estate industry. Recruiting experience in Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering and Project Management.

Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law and interviewing techniques or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications. Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development.
