Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Salesforce functionality to meet our organization's needs. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, data analysis, and business process improvement will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption of Salesforce within our company.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements related to Salesforce implementation and enhancements.

Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend Salesforce-based solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Perform configuration and customization of Salesforce, including but not limited to workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, custom objects, and reports/dashboards.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide recommendations based on findings to optimize Salesforce data integrity and quality.

Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and training materials.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of Salesforce functionality and can effectively utilize the system to drive their business processes.

Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and releases, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality to improve business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of [5] years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce implementation and administration.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration options.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Proficiency in data analysis, including data manipulation, validation, and reporting.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst would be a plus.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
