Remote Sr. Network Data Engineer requires:
Locations: Charlotte, Broomfield, CO, USA; Chicago, IL, USA; Denver, CO, USA; Iselin, NJ, USA; Lewisville, TX, USA; New York, NY
Hybrid Role 2/3 days in the office
o Minimum of 3 years of business experience in business/product analysis, other analytics, marketing, operations and/or consulting
o Minimum of 3 years of experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
o Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAS, SQL, Python, SPSS, R or other like applications
o Advanced statistical analysis skills and Machine Learning modeling, Deep Learning modeling.
o Experience with Snowflake warehousing platform
o Experience with Reinforcement Learning (MDP, Policy Optimization algorithm, Dynamic Programming algorithm) is a plus.
o Advanced SQL skills.
o Advanced ETL skills (e.g. Kettle, MS SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Alteryx, KNIME, etc.)
o Experience with programming languages skills (e.g. JavaScript, Python, and R etc.
o Hands-on experience in data analytics and in interpreting statistical models.
o Experience working with large databases and/or in a data extensive environment.
o Experience in a matrix structure and communicating with both technical and non-technical people.
o Minimum of 3 years of financial services related data management and reporting experience.
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational and project management skills.
o Excellent innovation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to develop and deliver presentations that simplify complex solutions/insights for non-technical audiences.
Remote Sr. Network Data Engineer duties:
o Analyzes and reviews trends found from modeling to inform other lines of business such as peer Analytical teams, Enterprise Monitoring teams and Business Management Office.
o Develops data mining models, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify network anomalies and enable network optimization trough data driven decisions.
o Partners with other areas of the business to model outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
o Collaborate and present data to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
o Apply customer, market, and strategic research to support strategic planning.
o Collaborate with other data insights groups, IT and business intelligence units.
o Manages large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight while working with other team members to ensure accurate findings and results.
