Job Description:
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Java Developer 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Saint Louis, MO.

Where Technology and Teamwork come together... The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Postal Services and Solutions group. This is a contract to provide USPS Information Technology with professional, technical and support services to support the application development, database production support, help desk administration, LAN administration and various requirements for distributed technical support throughout the USPS enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate will participate in coding multiple enhancements and/or new functionality to applications.

Must have strong analyst skills and Java/Oracle development background.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

•Bachelors degreer OR an additional 4 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years Java (1.4/1.6) coding experience.
• Experience working with Frameworks – (Struts, Spring)
• Must be able to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card status required)
• Experience JSP/HTML/JavaScript
• 3+ years Websphere 7 or Eclipse
• SQL (Oracle10g or higher)
• Experience Linux/Unix
• Strong communication skills
