Location: Chicago,IL

Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Vital all incoming patients (B/P, Pulse, Respirations, Temperature, Height & Weight)

Obtain consent form for all injections performed

Correctly notate all injections performed on the injection log

Able to assist in procedures with providers (draw up medications, use sterile technique,

position patient, position fluoroscopy machine)

Measure patients glucose prior to procedure

Perform HCG tests on female patients prior to procedures

Rename and upload documents into patient EMR Chart

Sanitize material used for injections, familiar with autoclave use (probes, etc)

Sanitize procedure room after each use

Assist with phone calls

Able to perform medication and supply inventories

Able to submit orders for medications once they are running low

Perform urine specimen collection and prepare for lab

Assist with medication dispense

Able to perform basic phlebotomy skills

Basic sharp safety knowledge

Bilingual Skills Spanish and English Speaking To Treat Non English Speaking Patients.

Full Time or Part Time: full time

Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
