The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides excellent customer service to clients by updating work orders, answering questions and resolving concerns.

• Assist customers by answering queries, problem solving and providing detailed information as well follow-up when necessary;
• Build strong relationships and adapt to the clients specific needs while maintaining The National Fix interests;
