** We're putting this out as a new position. It was filled, but did not work out so it is wide open. We need a supervisor with 2nd shift manufacturing experience Search for: Manufacturing, Supervisory, 2nd Shift.
A rapidly growing manufacturer in the building components industry is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual for a 2nd shift supervisory position. This individual must be a professional with good organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of utilizing a computer as a tool and working productively in a fast paced dynamic environment. Planning skills and ability to conceive and implement new procedures and policies will be important for success. Position will report to Plant Manager, degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or BS in Business Management or relative work experience.
Mechanical aptitude with hands on ability & knowledge of molders, finger jointers, POM & compu-rip. Excellent knowledge of Excel and MSWord required. This position will supervise a crew of 25+ employees; conduct performance reviews, employee training, etc.
They only want a Supervisor that has a work history of second shift work.
