Job Description:
The Alliance of Concerned Men (ACM) is seeking a qualified Family Services Coordinator for our innovative Peer-Supported Student Success Program (PS3P).

The Family Services Coordinator must have at least 3 years experience working with youth in the area of case management, counseling, special education, facilitation and/or mentoring.

The Family Services Coordinator must have superior organizational skills and demonstrate an understanding of youth development and an ability to interface effectively with specific youth and families. The FSC must demonstrate caring for youth and families and a respect for diversity and differences among youth, families and communities. The FSC must also have experience developing peer group cohesion and collaborative participation. Oral and written communication skills are important as is strong documentation and case management skills.

Superior organizational skills and database management skills are essential.

The FSC must hold a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in the areas of psychology, social work, and counseling (or related field). A Master of Arts preferred. At least three years of experience working with youth and families required.
