Job Description:
United Planning Group (UPG) is a planning company focused on the post-retirement market. Our company provides a service of helping to educate people on their various estate and financial planning options, and then helps to facilitate the planning process through one of our various estate planning programs. We do this through one-on-one meetings in the convenience of the prospects home. This is an in-home sales process selling an intangible product. While very similar to an insurance sale, it is NOT insurance, and therefore no licensing is required. We presently have openings for a sales representative. This is an outstanding opportunity for a career minded sales professional that possesses a strong work ethic and closing abilities.
Responsibilities: Setting and running 8-12 daytime appointments per week from a consistent resource of qualified leads. These are not lists; they are real leads! The marketing and selling of estate planning assistance services with a special emphasis on Senior Market. Company training and close personal mentoring will be given to each new representative to ensure their success.
Requirements: Candidates should have at least some prior in-home sales experience. Reasonable car travel will be required with little, if any, overnight stay. Qualified candidates should possess excellent communication skills both in person and over the telephone, be self-motivated, hard working and ethical. We are looking for an individual who can think like a business owner, a person who is not afraid to work hard and wants to enjoy the rewards of their efforts!
