Job Description:
R. W. Sidley, Inc., is seeking a Precast Plant Manager to manage Architectural and Structural precast plant. Ability to enforce all aspects of company policies and procedures. Maintain safe working environment. Bachelor's degree/5 years in precast concrete manufacturing experience. PCI III Certified preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software. Capable of improving other employees skills, knowledge through training and coaching techniques. First aid responder a plus.
