Job Description:
Result Global, Ltd. (616-871-0270) is a dynamic 27 years young, business reinvention strategist group with a continuous success track record of helping over 600 North American firms to compete and prosper in the Global economy. This innovative firm is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is looking for business development partners to expand its growth.

Revenue Generating and Back Room Support:

• Commission three times that of similar firms.
• Bi-weekly residual earnings.
• Weekly hour sales strategy support
• Expert field presentation collaborations
• Quarterly performance bonus
• Complete marketing collateral support
• Products and sales management training

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop quarterly sales plans, and monthly sales and presentation objectives.
• Formulate Monthly sales projections based on a market analysis, and perform to personal performance scorecards..
• Solicit and sell O.E.M., retail, service, technology, start-up and non-profit firms.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed projected sales and client base goals.
• Coordinate activities with other in-house experts to present and obtain accounts/contracts.

Requirements:

• Have successful experience setting appointments and presenting to business leaders, with a track record of personal success.
• Experience using CRM programs such as ACT, IBM, etc.
• Self starter, be self managed, and have business contacts.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PPT, Access), and an understanding of use of the Microsoft PC Operating Systems (XP, or Vista, Office 7, etc.).
• Experience presenting to business owners, CEOs CFOs – and top level management.

Helpful, but not Required:
• Management and/or leadership experience.
• Established business network.
