We are searching for an experienced Service Manager who has a proven track record in leading a service team in repairing Ag Equipment.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
•Lead a service technician team to provide quality service to customers
•Perform basic to complex agricultural equipment diagnostics
•Perform basic to complex agricultural equipment repairs
•Maintain current product knowledge of Ag equipment
•Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
•Good communication skills
•Strong work ethic
•Must be a team player
