Cache Programmer

Client Centricity Business/Cache Developer

The successful candidate will support the implementation of Client HealthCare Centricity business software, Cache' programming and coordination, integration of EDI Toolkit transactions for the ProHealth Local Care Delivery Organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate software design and development activities across all team disciplines, product owners and vendors

Design, implement, test, debug and document the integration of Client HealthCare Centricity Business software to ensure the solution meets end-user acceptance and addresses the overall needs of the organization

Support Cache' programming and coordination, integration of EDI Toolkit transactions

Support the design and build out of appropriate Centricity UI forms, fields and data dictionary modifications

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure developed code meets or exceeds coding best practices

Support the migration and/or conversion of patient data from Client Group Management to Client Centricity Business

Contribute to architecture design to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions, issues and plans to technology leaders

Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will increase team velocity

Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, mentoring, and software engineering best practices

Estimate engineering work effort and effectively identify and prioritize high impact tasks

Drive a quality mindset within the team

Required Qualifications:

BS degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 6 years software development experience

Candidate must have 3 - 5 years of Cache, SQL, HTML/Javascript development experience in a healthcare environment.

Background in a Client/IDX environment and related Client Centricity Business technologies

Familiarity with EDI, HL7 interface support

Ability to work in a high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long term requirements desired

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Healthcare IT

Experience with Agile Methodologies

Experience working with PHI, PII, data

Experience integrating EDI toolkit transactions for claims, claim status/response, remits, referral, etc.

Demonstrated success in building design patterns and software engineering best practices

Experience designing software for scalability and resilience
