Description: Job Description - Princpal Duties:

Utilize requirements and system analysis techniques to evaluate business problems (i.e. interviews, workshops, site visits, shadowing, requirements elicitation sessions, etc.).

Facilitate and provide leadership during requirements elicitation & validation sessions, in conjunction with appropriate partners such as: Product Managers, User Experience, etc.

Manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users.

Define, develop, and manage the needed collateral and artifacts (such as workflows, use cases, user stories, business rules, etc.) for the team to consume during product development.

Ensure the "right amount of detail” is provided for the "What's” to maximize the Business Value delivered by the SCRUM Team(s). Understand and effectively communicate the "Why's” behind the "What's” to provide the context for the requirements and facilitate better decisions.

Identify requirement dependencies between Products/Features.

Work collaboratively with Architects, Engineering Technical Leads, Project Teams, and the Business to evaluate technology solutions, and to ensure conceptual solutions meet all requirements and desired outcomes.

Help outline acceptance tests and measurements for 'done-ness'.

In collaboration with necessary partners such as: Engineering Technical Leads, and Architecture, assist in the identification of the necessary Architecture Epics, Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), and Technical Debt needed to enable the success of the Product/Feature. Ensure alignment of the Technical and Architectural runway with the Product/Feature vision/roadmap.

Identify requirement dependencies between Products/Features.

Ensure the Products/Features meet the business needs and requirements (Acceptance Test).

Desired Skills and Experience - Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or a closely related discipline to be determined by business needs or equivalent technical experience.

Current technical knowledge and skills relative to business requirements and state of the art information technologies.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem solving abilities; ability to work effectively with people even under difficult circumstances. Proven ability to work with employees at all levels.

Follows through on commitments.

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and the ability to work collaboratively with user, development, and support groups. Builds collaborative relationships and contributes to the efforts and accomplishments of individuals and teams throughout the JCI organization
