LPN Data Entry

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Efficiently accesses and accurately enters assessments and care plans from the First Choice VIP Care PLUS data base to the designated State data base.

Ensures that all information is accurately transposed.

Demonstrates attention to detail

Correctly matches medication brand and generic information in the system

Understands the terminology related to a wide variety of diagnoses

Keeps supervisor apprised of any and all barriers to effective transfer of pertinent data.

Demonstrates both optimal productivity and accuracy

Expertise with the concepts or activity of conductivity medical history assessments

Expertise in the development or contribution to the development of care plans

LPN licensed in SC

Required

Minimum of 40 WPM is required

Required

Comfortable with computer data bases/systems

Required

Experienced with EPIC electronic medical record an asset

Highly desired
