Only if new job contains all keywords you specified in job search alert - only then PostJobFree would send you notification about that new job.
You may use one or multiple keywords.
One word example: sales Multiple words example: insurance sales
If you want to specify exact phrase - use quotes.
For example "Nurse Manager" would require that new job has exact phrase Nurse Manager in it.
If you specify Nurse Manager without quotes, then you would also get jobs that have word Nurse in one part of job and word Manager in another part of job.
Job search alerts do not support Boolean search.
If you want to use nurse OR rn - just create two search alerts instead. One alert for nurse and another alert for rn.
Note that regular job search supports Boolean search, including AND, OR, and parenthesis. But not search alerts.
If your search is not location specific - keep Location field empty.
If your search is location specific - specify zip code (e.g. 89030) or city and state (e.g. Las Vegas, NV).
Then specify max distance which is acceptable for you (e.g. 50 miles). Put that distance into Radius field.
If you did not specify any location, or specified only country (e.g. USA) or specified only state (e.g. Texas) then Radius field would be ignored by job matching engine.
