Duties: Represented clientele at closing; forwarded all documents as requested per the Buyer and/or Seller to Title Company to close transactions; once funded and written approval is in file, distribute keys to Buyer or assistant in organizing purchase of new or used homes; Organizing and distribution of checks and invoices to all parties; Created a closing package and forwarded overnight to the title company’s address as per instructions of the Contract.
