WORK EXPERIENCE
Sunwest Bank – Vice President, Relationship Manager (2008 – present)
· Responsible for growing the bank’s commercial real estate and small business portfolio in southern California.
· Analyzed business financial statements and worked with small business owners in providing solutions to improving workflow efficiencies.
· Worked closely with our underwriters and directly with our Chief Credit Officer in analyzing financial statements; performed variance analysis as part of the year-over-year performance review of the subject company.

· Responsible for introducing and marketing Alliance Bank’s AR Manager Program to prospective factoring and asset-based lending prospects covering a territory from San Diego to Santa Barbara.
· Job description encompassed sourcing new clients, negotiating rate structure, drafting proposals, and initial underwriting of the transaction.
