Duties:
Taking ponies and other misc farm animals and cleaning them and packing them into the trucks for the traveling petting zoo (in which I also packed and unpacked all of those various animals as well) and pony rides. I was also my job to run the venue of at least the petting zoo and pony rides while I was there.

Such events we had worked are Kuipers Family Farm (apple Orchard family business), and many church outings.

During the slow season I was also hired to train the younger ponies to not only become people friendly but be able to walk properly in the famous "pony ride circle", yes believe it or not that circle is hard for some ponies to follow


Hours :
Worked on weekends from 6 am to 12am or 1 am (the following morning hence 18 hour days) depending on when arrival back into town was.

I took the dogs for walks or runs. I maintained the food, water, and up keep of all the cages (including the cat room). While the boss was up at the house I would also run the front desk checking animals in and out of the motel.

7 days a week 5 am to 12pm and 1pm- 4-5 pm (depending on work that still needed to be complete)

I work the floor in the textbook department, and a little knowledge in a bit of the general books and art department as well. I also gained a small supervision position so my boss could leave when she wanted to.

Hours:
I have worked up to 60 hours in one week before during the busy season called "book rush" which is the time in which all the students come back to campus and come in to pick up their books.

Other Skills:
I have great skills with people after all my various jobs, and have learned my way around a computer quite nicely. I have become able to manage several tasks at once well and with a successful completion of those tasks.
