Technician I Processor, Documentation Specialist, Trainer, and fill-in Coordinator

Responsible for processing human plasma from a liquid stage to a solid and/or powered stage (through various procedures, added regiments, and/or measurements) end producing life saving medicines for human consumption.

Responsible for issuance,correction, and legibility of all BPRs, SOPs, etc.

Responsible as a Technician I to train new and current employees on what procedures were and performing these procedures correctly, anywhere from: cGMP procedures for gowning to procedures for cleaning and storage of equipment, as well as the procedures for processing the product.

Coordinator's responsibilities included but were not limited to ensure that workers were accounted for, knew what their job assignment were , how to do that assignment per the procedures and in a safe, clean, and timely manner. Oversaw a team of 28 to 32 teammates on days assigned to coordinate.

Cap Tester Tested and/or inspected various computer chips for their dielectrical values, ran various computerized machinery that counted and sized these chips. Performed minor repairs to these machines to keep them flowing properly for accuracy and production.
