• Developed and implemented oracle based modules for serial communication of automatic weight capture of all weighing scales (Cement & Materials weighbridges) by making it compatible for three different types of weighing terminals.

• Successfully programmed and configured the Digital Weighing Terminals (DWT 11) of all weighbridges by replacing tailor made EPROM set with the standard EPROM and made it compatible for any type of open communication.

• Active member in technical evaluating group for new weighing terminals for weighbridges for replacement of old weighing indicators (L200/205) with new weighing indicators (Panther) for communication and computerization.

• Gupta database which was in existence at packing house was posing numerous problems was successfully replaced by self developed modules in oracles thus bringing all the modules of auto loading. Simultaneously interfacing Cement Dispatch & Customer Accounting System and Bailey (Now ABB) DCS.

• The Bailey (Now ABB) DCS system and operator interface stations OIS which was under breakdown was successfully restored by installing IIOIS41 open VMS operating system Software and OIS application software thus facilitating to restore the backed up data to bring the system to normalcy.

• Successfully implemented Gigabit Network with over more than 400 online users and 800 network connections.

• Succeeded in bringing the bottomer and Tuber system to running state at M/s Yanbu Shuaiba ensuring minimal production loss when support was not forthcoming from the manufacturers / suppliers due to week end holidays at their units.

• Actively participated while carrying out the system study for converting all in-house applications to ORACLE from Foxpro and also in designing, development and implementation of new Oracle based ERP.
