WORK EXPERIENCE

Metals Exploration: Conducts and participates in precious metals, base metals
exploration and development in and proximal to porphyry systems for epithermal
vein-type and disseminated precious metals and base metals mineralization, and
in greenstone and meta-sedimentary environs and applies field and office work,
and laboratory research, geological and geochemical modeling, and determines
paleo- Eh, ph, p and T conditions.

Professional Experience 20 years, with emphasis on structural and geochemical
constraints of natural ore controls and with emphasis on environmental concerns
and remediation projects.

In addition, professional experience was gained in data compilation, digitization
and data base work.

Annual Budgets - Participation in annual exploration budgets up to $14.0 mn.
Acquisition value - Acquisition of industrial remediation project at €5.0 mn.

Field Work and Laboratory: Conducts regional geology and structural mapping,
detailed field and mine site mapping, drill rig supervision, drill core and
drill chip logging, laboratory data compilation and display, qualitative and
quantitative determination of alteration and ore minerals, X-ray diffraction
and Microprobe analyses, reports and presents to management.

Planning and Design: Conducts exploration and development projects including
geochemical soil grid, drill target definition, drill program layout and drill
rig positioning, conceptual logistics and execution and archival of drill core,
drill chip, and pulp samples yielding documentation of 10,000 drill holes.

Project Management: Conducts and manages metals exploration projects since 1990
in conjunction with management staff and co-workers, played essential role in
acquisition of large scale € 5.0 million remediation project in Europe and
participates in minerals exploration budgets up to US$14.0 mn/a.


Management and Leadership: Supervises up to 10 technical staff on day-to-
day basis; conducted 12 months archive work in proper PPE wear and logistics
of 15,000 drill core boxes and 6,000 drill holes in pulp samples, has proven
leadership capability in cross cultural team work, emphasizes Safety&Health,
QA/QC, combines soft skills and good communication.
