Resume Text: I have 20+ years experience in conventional machinig in addition to some foundry experience. I have advanced from helper,to production operator, to floor inspector earlier in my career. I set-up lathe, brigport-mills, horinzotal mill, drill-press, surface-grinder machines. Execute prototype and production run of specialty valves. Fammiliar with exotic materias and there machine properties, performed machinig operatois on complex castings as well as bar and forgiens, machined single-poin threading, groove, angles, drill, taping, turn O.D, bore I.D, Ext:, read bleu-prints. Have 4+ years mechanecal-assembly work with bills of meterial to find specs. Duties include the operation of set-ups, Tooling, de-burr and CKS,for rivets, assemby nut plates, install helical inserts and kinserts and assembly new parts.
