Job Description:
This is a 6 months contract opportunity at our customer site, a leading company in Charlotte, NC.
Job Description:
This request is to support the GTPO BoA Gatekeeper and SIP certification and testing. The resource type is for a Solutions engineer that has INDEPTH knowledge of the Cisco VoIP solution, specifically gatekeeper and SIP that is being deployed for the Bank of America account as well as an understanding of networks in the current legacy environment. Responsibilities of the Solutions Engineer will be to work with other Solutions Engineering team members, Cisco and the Bank of America client to ensure that all facets of the product are certified to work in the Bank of America environment. Specifically - Cisco Call Manager 4.2, 6.1, 7.x, Unity 5, 7, Unity Connection 7.x, Network Knowledge, Voice Experience.
