Radar Signal Processing Embedded Software Engineer
Melbourne, FL
This is an 8 month Contract Opportunity
Real-time, embedded software developer (C/C++) for Joint STARS. Candidate will perform software development tasks, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, and integration, also hardware/software integration. Candidate must be familiar with development tools such as IDEs, and configuration control and defect tracking systems. The Candidate must be a self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel, and must possess strong verbal/written communication skills.
Basic Qualifications: Strong experience developing real time sensor signal processing software and in-depth knowledge of the VxWorks OS environment is required.
-Applicant must be familiar with SEI CMM/CMMI, IEEE and military standard software engineering practices.
-Applicant must have a BS degree in related computer science/engineering field with 10 years of applicable experience, or a Masters degree with 8 years experience.
-Applicant must have Radar Signal Processing Embedded Software Exp. and DSP experience.
-Applicant must be familiar with SEI CMM/CMMI/IEEE and military standard software engineering practices.
Current Secret US Security Clearance Required
