Job Description:
The Contract Manager position is responsible for the Proper Securing, Implementation and Administration of Government Contracts.
Working with our Team, you would be responsible to administer all aspects of Contract Management to assure compliance within an aerospace & defense environment. Also responsible for export compliance, negotiation, and document review.
The successful candidate will possess:
Working knowledge of government and aerospace & defense industry contractual and purchasing procedures
Experience with ITAR and Government export control procedures
Previous experience in negotiating contract terms
The ability to read and understand contracts, agreements, and related business documents
Working knowledge of e-commerce (with particular emphasis on the identification of Internet business development opportunities via e-vigilance)
General computer skills (to include Microsoft Office Suite software), and good written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Minimum Education Level : Bachelor’s Degree
Duration : Full Time Regular
