Job Description:
Certified Building Engineer - Responsible for the operations and maintenance of all building electrical and mechanical systems. Maintaining company documents including work orders, preventive maintenance and purchasing.

These are the basic candidate requirements:

BOMA Certified Journeyman Engineer for a minimum of 10 years at a Class A high-rise.
Central Plant operations and maintenance experience for a minimum of 10 years.
Familiar with LEED and Energy Star requirements.
Strong electrical and HVAC troubleshooting experience.
JCI Metasys experience.
Computer literate, e-mail, internet, preventive maintenance, work orders, Word, Excel, Visio.
Very organized, multitask, document management.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent tenant relations skills.
Vendor relations.
Lives near San Gabriel valley.
Shift, Monday- Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
