A: Use Google Apps with Gmail:

1. Google Apps allow using your domain name with Gmail. That mean that you can host your current email (e.g. joe@joerecruitement.com) at Google Apps.
2. Gmail (Google Email) fights spam very efficiently.
3. webmaster@postjobfree.com is handled by Google Apps and Gmail -- no spam problems so far.
4. Google Apps Standard Edition & Gmail are free.
