These are the most popular job and resume categories.
The chart is based on search queries that PostJobFree users made in the last 60 days.
Next to each category you can see the number of postings in that category.
"Jobs/Resumes Surplus" column shows if there is surplus of jobs or surplus of resumes.
If jobs are in surplus, then surplus bar
bends to the left. If resumes are in surplus -- then the bar bends to the right.
On average PostJobFree has 4.74 resumes per job.
We compare number of jobs with number of resumes:
- If category has more than 4.74 resumes per job, then resumes are in surplus.
- If category has less than 4.74 resumes per job, then jobs are in surplus.
Green background color means that this category is in demand.
We calculate demand as a ratio between the number of searches and the number of available postings in that category.
The more users search for specific search term -- the greener background is.
The more posted jobs (or resumes) include that search term -- the lighter background is.
Greener background means more demand for that category.
Whiter background means less demand (relative to the number of available postings).
For example: "paralegal jobs" and "paralegal resumes" are in demand, but "work from home jobs" are not.
It's quite possible that in the same category jobs are in demand, but resumes are not.
For example: "receptionist jobs" are in demand, but "receptionist resumes" are not in demand.
The opposite is possible too: "pharmacist resumes" are in more demand than "pharmacist jobs".
