•Led the development of certification programs for forensic peers and developed and facilitated external facing technical expert panels on workforce development, patient brokering, recovery research, and employment and recovery in the behavioral healthcare field.

•Served as the anchor of SAMHSA's Road to Recovery TV/Radio show and contributed to the development of national recovery research and evaluation initiatives, enhancing knowledge and awareness of recovery-oriented approaches.
