I worked in vaccination department, microbiology lab. I used to help prepare media and cultivate microorganisms. Do various microbiological tests and analysis.
Master’s in microbiology ( June 2009 – June 2011 )
I did my research paper thesis on nanoemulsions. I had to prepare various media, cultivate micro-organisms and see their antibiotic resistance against various nanoemulsions.
Also in micro laboratory we use to do DNA extraction, UV spectroscopy, ELISA etc
After coming to United states, I did various classes of science like anatomy and physiology where we were learned about our human body structure and functions.
I got pharmacy technician certificate where we got to know about different kinds of medicines.
