We're seeking a Quality and Process Engineer to bolster our operations with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients in the High Tech Industry. Collaborate with us to elevate this site to world-class status. Are you the innovative logistics professional we're looking for?

As the Quality and Process Engineer based in Ghlin, Belgium you'll support operational teams across EMEA warehouses, ensuring quality and engineering standards are met. Your role involves implementing and refining processes, enhancing efficiency, and resolving quality issues. Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager EMEA, you'll be integral to our regional team's success.

What you do on a typical day

• Addressing process challenges through problem-solving and root cause analysis

• Conducting process audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Analyzing data to drive informed decision-making

• Collaborating with operations and customers to define new metrics and processes

• Supporting global quality initiatives and local projects

• Facilitating corrective and preventive actions to maintain operational quality

• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

• Managing training requirements and supporting financial objectives

• Occasionally, travelling to other EU countries

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of logistics experience

• Proficiency in English, French is considered an asset

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Effective time management and adaptability to change

• Willingness to travel up to 30%

• Experience in high-tech distribution centers

• Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus
