TASKS

Positioning & Pricing - Make changes to the product line to increase profit margin - Determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

Innovation - Prioritizing innovation opportunities & Lead Launch plans on NPD initiates, working with cross functional teams to land best in class execution in market - NPD Project Management ( Brief, R&D, Planning, Manufacturing, Operation, Execution etc..)

Research & Data Analysis (Quantitative & Qualitative) - Using research & Data analysis to improve business performance through identification of key insights about Products/Categories, consumers trends, Consumers Requirements, customers & Competition - Retail Audit analysis & U&A Studies analysis - Focus Groups Management - Monthly Market Visits & Mystery Shopper visits - Analyze customer requirements and develop product promotions to drive sales - Monthly Market Intelligence for different Categories (Prices – New Products in Market – Competitors prices etc..)

- Stay updated on industry trends and market competitions -

Communication & Activation - Lead Key activations across the year working closely with external & internal stakeholders & Agencies to deliver Best in class activation across all touch points - Media Management (knowledge of running a 360-degree campaign ATL – BTL – Digital) - Social Media Strategy formulation & Delivery - Revolutionize BTL activities to a MEGA full year activation plan tailored per CATEGORY - Brand Activations & Events (On ground Activities Management (instore Sampling activities)) - Ensuring most efficient buying for Media Content with premium positioning & right placement - Working with Agencies on creative & innovative projects - Planograms & POS Material Development for Different Categories - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

Customer Experience - Address customer queries and concerns in a timely fashion - To ensure product availability that meets consumer demands - Respond to customer’s queries about new products. - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions -

Trade Marketing & Sales Support - In close co-operation with the sales function and TM, identify trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing & distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned categories & for specific channels - Implement monthly promotional strategies to achieve sales goals - Collaborate with merchandisers to expand product categories - Trade Marketing Cross Functional Planning & Follow-up - Close follow up on sales figures for improving growth of a different categories - Develop selling strategies based on with company’s competitive and success elements - Perform customer negotiations and determine new customer contract terms - Work with Legal/Regulatory to ensure contracts are in place - Work with different stakeholders to ensure timely payments and smooth running of all programs - Reports to update the organization on monthly or quarterly progress of the Categories performance & activities ROI - Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services
