We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our home based team at our Henderson Fabrication Facility. Our diverse portfolio includes multiple production for our construction and engineering projects, with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, we strive to exceed client expectations while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The Role

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating activities from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Leading project planning and execution phases.

Overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

Providing technical expertise and guidance to teams.

Implementing quality control and safety measures.

Identifying and mitigating project risks.

Monitoring project performance and providing regular updates to stakeholders

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

Tertiary qualifications in a relative Engineering discipline

Proven experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the mining or construction industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent project management abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Knowledge of relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
