Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design robust solutions across various projects, adhering to company standards and practices, while leading and mentoring junior developers in a collaborative team environment.

Engage in project lifecycles utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps methodologies tailored to specific business requirements.

Continuously update knowledge of industry trends to contribute to the development of internal best practices and document technical solutions.

Support and guide the technical direction of projects, effectively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in the Microsoft Technology Stack and current development languages, particularly X++.

Solid understanding of OOP, algorithms, data structures, and software lifecycle methodologies.

Strong expertise in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.), Microsoft SQL Server, and networking concepts.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with at least 4 years of experience in an Analyst Programmer role.
