We are seeking an innovative, creative, and experienced Senior Program Manager who is ready for the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

The Senior Program Manager is able to successfully execute commercial initiatives within the scope of those programs to establish and maintain ST Engineering iDirect's position in the market.

Responsibilities

As our Senior Program Manager, you will:

Be responsible for Program Management & Contract fulfillment:

Assume responsibility for the execution of the attributed projects with the program

Organise the program and the included projects to ensure contract fulfilment and obtain benefits beyond the scope of each individual project

Act as single point of contact for stakeholders

Fulfil program reporting need to organisation

Ensure cost effectiveness of operation

Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Program Quality:

Manage customer communications in program context

Align with customer processes within contractual boundaries

Solve and/or escalate program and project issues at early stage

Guarantee adherence with current best practices and applicable quality standards

Continuously improve quality and performance

Take part in Program Team Leadership:

Assume program and project teams leadership

Monitor and act upon needs for information of project teams

Coach and Motivate team members

Contribute to learning and skill development of team members

Participate in Bid - Complex Technical Proposals:Create complex technical proposals

Perform Program and Project feasibility study and Initial Cost Estimation

Adhere to defined proposal standards when exists and if not, contribute to standardization

Qualifications

As a prerequisite to become our Senior Program Manager, you:

Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Sciences, Telecommunication, Aerospace, ...)

Have at least 10+ years of relevant experience in program management in complex technological environments

Have formal knowledge of project management methodologies and be able to adapt them to the specifics and the reality of your stakeholders

Have experience in a service delivery management role, potentially including all the formalities that come with international shipping and customs.

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and fluency in any other language is an asset.

Have the ability to perform under stress, while maintaining good time and priority management.

Are comfortable working with virtual groups and stakeholders.

Have a profound interest and/or experience in satellite communication and new technologies

Love to communicate with a broad range of technical experts and to share information

Are inquisitive and a believer in continuous learning/improving.
