What will your responsibilities be?

Responsible to follow processes, report logs and e-files related vendors.

Works closely with internal customers to resolve issues with forms and requests for a change of supplier's data or prices in SAP or other ERP systems.

During audits, responsible for correct data.

Provides backup coverage for colleagues in their absence.

Works with material, which may be confidential or important in nature.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Cooperation with other departments like Finance, Accounts Payable, HR,+A55 Direct Purchasing, Indirect Purchasing etc.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience

Will to learn and solve problems usually raised by internal customers

Strong Accounting background and accuracy

MS-Office, SAP experience

English – fluent

Base monthly salary starting from 1400 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
