Building Services Engineering Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

Undertake Building Services Engineering Training in the company

Coordination of technical submissions

Management and supervision of sub-contractors on site for execution of building services installation

Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD and CRCP

Coordination and monitor site activities, including progress, installation workmanship and T&C etc.

Job Requirement:

Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Good interpersonal skills

Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude

Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting
