On behalf of our client, a proptech company founded in the Swiss alpine pastures 10 years ago, with presence also in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, we are looking for an Experienced Product Owner (SaaS Products / Proptech) for their office in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Job Overview: As a Product Owner, you will take charge of the development and success of our SaaS products, focused on international markets. We are looking for an talent with a strong background in product management, especially within the SaaS / Proptech domain, to lead cross-functional teams and drive our products strategies.

Starting Date: July/August 2024

Key Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business and customer impact.

Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver scalable and innovative SaaS / Proptech solutions.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

Engage closely with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, ensuring the product meets international standards.

Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.

Monitor the product's performance and suggest adjustments and enhancements as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role with at least 5 years of experience managing SaaS product development.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; French language skills are highly desirable.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.
