Job Title: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

Location: Flexible / Remote with travel as needed (One day in the office per week)

Salary: Up to €60,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) projects through all phases, including design, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support after going live.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define deliverables, and guarantee high-quality outcomes.

Utilize expertise across D365FO functional areas-Finance, Project Operations, Warehouse, and Field Service-and manage system integrations for seamless connectivity.

Conduct gap analysis, document functional requirements, deliver end-user training, and contribute to practice development and strategic growth.

Ideal Candidate:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO highly preferred and at least 6 years of experience in successful end-to-end D365 FO implementation projects.

Demonstrate strong foundational consulting skills with exceptional analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.

Engage in presales activities, conduct functional interviews, mentor junior staff, and possess technical knowledge in RSAT, LCS, and Azure DevOps.
