- Review and update manuals and procedures of management systems.
- Manages and provides leadership in all quality activities such as quality management system and site workmanship quality control.
- Lead and manage of subordinates, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze data related to those quality findings, quality control processes, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Train the subordinates to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
- Effectively manage internal / external audits; drive timely and effective and appropriate corrective/preventive action to all findings.
- Advocate Quality Culture across the Company
- Hands-on involvement in all quality related documentations and record.
- Degree in Building Studies, Quality Management, Engineering or other construction related qualifications.
- With Lead Auditor/ Auditor qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in construction industry.
- Good analytical skills and work self-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and sound judgments.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and Chinese
- Willing to work among construction sites.
