What Will you do:

Deliver various training sessions for CyberCare employees, covering E-Learning, technical skills, soft skills.

Act as a mentor and the first buddy to new employees;

Work on training material creation, its development, and constant improvement;

Continuously improve training programs based on feedback from employees and internal teams;

Monitor training progress and results;

Lead learning & development initiatives.

What we expect from you:

Curiosity, kindness, patience, and desire to reach success!

Advanced knowledge of how network technologies work (IPv4, routing, proxies);

Training experience of customer support agents;

Proud of top-notch communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;

Have excellent time management and organizational skills;

Experience in working with the creation of visual content;

Working full-time;

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Lithuanian;

Inspiring others about customer success;
